What is this place?[]
Las Vegas is a land of magic, mainly gambling. The most famous part of Las Vegas is "The Strip". On "The Strip" there are a great many buildings including the main great casino (and Temple) "Thresholds Palace".
Problems[]
Sometimes people cheat on the strip. They will, if caught, be sacrificed to the great Threshold. Owner of "Thresholds Palace". Even when they aren't caught cheating they will be sacrificed to the great Threshold when they go for worship. His Telekinetic powers enable him to sense who has cheated.
